IRoyal Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register for and use iRoyal's services, you must meet the following requirements without exception:

• You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You are registering in your own name — not on behalf of another person or corporate entity.
• The information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• You are not on any list of persons prohibited from participating in or using online gambling services in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You do not have any other active iRoyal account or one that has been previously suspended.

Account registration is free. iRoyal reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm member eligibility. The KYC process requires a copy of your identification card, proof of address, and in certain cases, proof of the payment method used.

2 Account Security and Member Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur in your account. iRoyal recommends you take the following steps to protect your account:

• Use a strong, unique password — do not reuse the same password for other accounts.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

IRoyal will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. Our encryption system protects data in transit, but security on your end is your own responsibility.

3 Deposit and Payment Methods

7 Fraud & Illegal Activities

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our customer support team. Valid fund balances will be returned once all reviews are completed.

9 Liability Limits

IRoyal provides this platform "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability or the absence of technical disruptions. To the extent permitted by law, iRoyal will not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of playing on our platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures, or factors beyond our control.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment service providers.
• Losses arising from the use of inaccurate or outdated information on this platform.

However, this limitation of liability does not diminish your fundamental rights as a user under applicable law.

10 Terms Amendments
